Sites your team can keep up to date & on-brand.
Why sites drift
A site launches looking right. Then it needs a small change, and either somebody waits for the developer or does it themselves and the page ends up slightly wrong. Do that fifty times and it no longer looks like the site you paid for.
Meanwhile the dates go stale, three pages explain the same thing slightly differently, and a visitor who cannot find the answer phones instead.
None of that is a design problem. It is what happens when updating a page is harder than not updating it.
What changes with Lean CMS
Your brand, set once
Colours, type, spacing and button styles are decided at the site level. Every section already matches, so a new staff member adding a page cannot accidentally invent a new style for it.
Edit where you read it
Open the page, choose Edit Content, and make the change in a panel beside it. Save, and the page updates in place. If you can write a sentence you can update a page.
Nothing extra in the way
The admin shows what you use and hides what you don't. No plugin decisions, no HTML, no wondering whether a change will break the layout — and pages that stay quick because they carry nothing they don't need.
How we get you there
-
We set your brand once Colours, type, spacing, the tone of your buttons and the shape of your sections — decided once, at the site level. Every page built afterwards inherits it, which is why pages stop drifting.
-
We build the first pages with you Not a spec document and a six-week wait. We build real pages while you watch, and you say what is wrong with them. Timed against doing the same work the usual way, this part runs about eight times faster.
-
You take it over You edit your own site. Sections come from a set that already matches your brand, so there is nothing to break and nothing to line up by hand. If you can write a sentence you can update a page.
-
We stay reachable For the things you would rather not do yourself, and for when something new is needed. Not a retainer you resent — a number you can call.
When more than one person edits
The tools that stop a site going backwards once a team is touching it. These come with the Self-Managed licence — Core and Pro together.
See it before anyone else does
Draft a change, preview it on the real page, and publish when it is right. Nothing reaches visitors because somebody clicked the wrong button.
Full history, one click back
Every version of a page is kept. Going back to how it was last Tuesday is one click, not a support ticket.
See exactly what changed
Put two versions side by side before you approve one.
Changes that publish themselves
Schedule a change to go live on a date — term dates, enrolment windows, event banners — and change your mind before it does.
Feedback on the page, not in email
Leave a note on a page or a single section, mark it fixed or approved, and keep the conversation next to the thing it is about.
Edit once, updated everywhere
Build a section once — a contact panel, an enrolment banner — and reuse it on every page. Change it in one place.
Who does what
You
Write and change page content. Add pages. Swap images. Update the things that change weekly — dates, news, staff, notices. Publish when you are ready.
No HTML, no plugin decisions, no wondering whether a change will break the layout.
